The BRICS Business Council (BBC) is a platform established in 2013 that connects business to the BRICS governments. It promotes and strengthens economic, trade, and investment ties among these nations' business communities.
BBC comprises 45 senior executives and representatives from leading businesses (Chairs and Co-chairs) responsible for setting priorities and representing their respective countries. The key delivery is the BRICS Business Council’s Annual Report, with recommendations approved by the Chairs and Co-chairs in the BBC’s Annual Plenary Meeting and delivered to the Heads of State at the BRICS Summit.
